By accessing and using MietClub ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services.
MietClub provides a platform that rewards tenants for timely rent payments. The service connects securely to your bank account with your explicit consent to verify rent payment transactions. We do not move money, store rent, or act as a payment processor.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
MietPunkte are reward points earned through verified on-time rent payments. Points can be redeemed for vouchers and partner offers. MietPunkte have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. We reserve the right to modify the rewards program at any time.
We comply with German data protection laws including GDPR. Your personal data and financial information are processed securely and only with your explicit consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
You may not: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (c) interfere with the proper working of the Service; (d) provide false or misleading information; (e) engage in fraudulent activities.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Accumulated MietPunkte may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
MietClub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
